Monkey Ame

It’s been a busy summer! We at Monkey-ame have been pursuing personal projects as well as planning for our next group doujinshi. As for SoraJiru, there are still a few copies left, so please place your order as soon as possible. Remember, there will be no reprints of this doujinshi. Once they’re sold out, that’s it, folks.

The main page was down for about a couple weeks due to domain renewal. We’re now back up to speed, thank you for your patience!

This is just an update reguarding the online orders for Sorajiru.   The first round of paid orders have been shipped out! For domestic orders, you should have gotten a Paypal email with a confirmation number. For international, please hang on until tomorrow, I will provide you the appropiate information. Otherwise, we’re still accepting orders, so please feel free to contact us if you’re still interested.

Also, due to the recent USPS postage increase, shipping costs will unfortunately be increased.  These changes will take effect with the next round of orders.  If you’ve ordered a book before this announcement, please do not worry, you will not be charged the extra shipping cost. 

To conclude, a big thank you to everyone who has supported us.  We hope you will not be disappointed with what we’ll have later in the future.  As for the future, here’s what you can expect in about a month: the opening of Monkey Ame’s online shop!  We’re looking to stock a limited run of buttons and stickers, and should it prove successful, we might provide other fun things in the future.  Please look forward to this in about a month, we’re in the process of preparing everything at the moment.  We hope you’ll enjoy what we supply.  Thanks, and have a great day~

Hey~ trim here.  A big thank you to everyone who purchased our doujinshi at Kawaii Kon.  We really appreciate it! ^^ For this doujinshi, unlike our last one, we actually had underestimated how many pages we’d have in the end.  Which means, we have a couple of pages that didn’t make it into Sora Jiru.  So in an effort to get some content up here, I’ll post a couple stories that weren’t included in the doujinshi.  This one features the Twilight gang, with some speculation about Olette:

One more week until the big event!
Monkey-ame will be staffing both a booth in the dealer’s room AND a table in the artist alley this year. We will be selling doujinshi, prints and other goods made by our members.

Art commissions will also be accepted. This is on a somewhat limited basis depending on which artists are available. If you would like to request a drawing of a character who is not very well-known, feel free to bring a picture reference for the artist. There will be signs with further instructions and prices located at the booth/table. We look forward to seeing you all at KK ‘07!

After enduring months of hard work and strict deadlines, the doujinshi has finally been printed~! The info/ordering page is being created and we’re making sure it’s nice and complete before its release.
